Muse is a contemporary women’s clothing boutique located in historic Old Town 6 Points, near downtown Corpus Christi, Texas. Kathryn Childers founded Muse in the Fall of 2006 and shortly after partnered up with Ricki Bowman to create a store filled with fresh new styles of beautiful and unique dresses, jewelry and accessories as well as the friendliest shop girls. Muse was publicly recognized in the Fall 2007 Fashion Issue of Texas Monthly Magazine, featured in the December 2007 Issue of Lucky Magazine as one of the 50 best stores in Texas, featured in the April 2009 Issue of Texas Monthly Magazine & recently voted Top 45 Best Stores in Texas by ShopAcrossTexas.com. Muse has concreted their reputation in Corpus as a place of fashion forward styles from New York to LA. In February 2008 Ricki Bowman became sole owner of Muse after a bitter sweet realization that Kathryn and her husband were moving to Austin. Ricki and Kathryn continue to collaborate their styles and love of fashion and will forever remain the best of friends. |
